One lower ground room is ready for a participant to move in with their belongings. The lower ground room also has also access to its own kitchen and living area. It is the perfect space for someone who prefers further privacy.
The house is modernly furnished featuring a bright living area and kitchen. The house is located near Sundown Park.
There are three female tenants from age 30 – 60 currently residing in the accommodation who enjoys movies and shopping. All three participants get along well and love interacting with each other.
There is one remaining vacancy that is suitable for a female participant on 1:3 SIL. As the room is only accessible by stairs, this would only suit participants with no mobility concerns.
Lunar Circuit 2, Spring Mountain

This house is newly built with a bright living area and thoughtfully designed and spacious rooms. The house is fully furnished and ready to move in. It is located close to Sundown Park.
There are currently 2 male tenants in their 40s. Both males are supported on an ILO arrangement and enjoy going out into the community. There are currently two vacancies that will suit male participants of similar age.

This house is newly built with a beautiful living area and spacious patio. It is modernly furnished and ready to move in.
There is currently two female tenants in their 40s and 60s living in the accommodation with interests in art, watching movies, and going out to the community. Both tenants are supported on a 1:3 ratio. There are currently one vacancy that will best suit females of similar age and interests with 1:3 support ratio.
Rowe Terrace, Darra

This secure and private complex of 15 self-contained apartments has just recently been completed and is located on a quiet street in Darra.
Each apartment is fully furnished and presents modern design and furnishing, and aims to promote independence, privacy and relationship building. The apartments are designed to exclude any steps and increase accessibility for ease of movement.
Each apartment features its own ensuite, kitchenette and living area, with common areas including a kitchen and dining area.
There are currently vacancies in one of the houses. This will suit female participants with SIL 1:3 funding. There is currently one female 1:3 SIL participant who has high level of independence and enjoys going out and meeting with friends.
