This well-presented house features large open spaces indoors and outdoors. It is conveniently located near The Retreat Park and a few minutes drive away from Holmview Central Shopping Centre.
The house is fully furnished apart from the participant’s bedrooms. There is one single vacancy and ready to move in,.
There are currently two males in their 50s and 60s on SIL 1:3 support. Both participants are very active and enjoy going out for activities. The vacancy would suit a male participant of similar age and interests.
Farmer Place, Parkridge

This low-maintenance house is located on a quiet street and features a cosy living area. The house is also conveniently located near amenities including Parkridge Town Centre and Crestmead Central located 10 minutes drive away.
The house is currently vacant and is fully furnished apart from participant’s bedroom.
The house would suit any participant on at least 1:2 SIL ratio, STA/MTA or ILO.
Tash Court, Waterford

This fully accessible SDA property has been recently completed and is compliant with the SDA design standard.
The property is fully furnished and located 10 minutes drive away from Holmview Central Shopping Centre and Crestmead Central.
