As an NDIS registered provider of disability support services, we’re here to help you achieve your goals and live as independently as possible.

We provide a range of supported accommodation services, community programs and community nursing for adults and children residing in Queensland.

At Aspire Hub, we understand it can be difficult to know what supports you need, or what you’re eligible for with your NDIS funding. To help you get started on your NDIS journey, we’ve outlined the four easy steps you need to take to access our support services.

Aspire Hub offers a range of Supported Accommodation services, Community Participation and Community Nursing. You might need one or more services depending on the level of needs. If you need assistance assessing the right services for you, contact us today.

You will need to be eligible for the NDIS to access our following services:

  • Individual Living Options
  • Specialist Disability Accommodation
  • Short & Medium Term Accommodation
  • Community Nursing
  • Social & Community Participation

If you have not assessed your eligibility for the NDIS, complete their eligibility checklist here.

At this stage, we strongly encourage you to get in contact with us about the support you need so we can walk you through the process in further details on how to access NDIS.

As part of applying for NDIS funding, you will undergo assessments to confirm your needs and eligibility. For the NDIA to determine whether you meet the requirements to access NDIS funding, you may need to provide evidence of your disability. This includes information on what your disability is, how long it will last and how it impacts your life. The health professionals you work with regularly, such as your general practitioner or occupational therapist, can help you provide this evidence.

Once you’ve been approved to access NDIS funding for your support, contact us to let us know. We will then provide a quote to the NDIA for the services required based on your needs assessment.

Once the quote is approved by the NDIA, you’re ready to transition to our support services! We will make the necessary arrangements so you can start receiving our support as soon as possible.

“Aspire Hub is the first time I have lived away from home. When I moved in, I was matched up very well with a house mate. My carers have helped me a lot. They have taught me how to cook healthy food, supported me as I complete fitness challenges, and been there for me during tough times. I am very happy that I chose the Aspire Hub family.”
