Supported Independent Living (SIL) requires pre-approval from the NDIS. If you do not have SIL, we can use your CORE Budget to pay for Short Term Accommodation or Medium Term Accommodation.

It depends on the level of support you require and also the type of funding you have in your NDIS Plan.

We will work with you to determine the location you wish to live. This will depend on your affordability (under board and lodging). We will ensure to keep you informed during every step of the way so you can meet your potential housemate.

We will charge 70% of your Disability Support Pension (DSP) which covers rent, food and utilities. Utilities include power, gas and water. This way, you do not have to worry about paying bills on time.

You will need to bring your own bedroom furniture. We will speak with you about other things you may need for your home.

No, there are no waiting lists at Aspire Hub for SIL, MTA or STA. Aspire Hub would recommend speaking with us about what your needs and expectations are.
