That’s the idea behind community living at Aspire Hub. Our communities feature private, self-contained units alongside shared communal spaces, giving you the independence of your own home while staying connected to neighbours and on-site supports.

What does community living look like?

Unlike a traditional shared home, community living gives you a self-contained unit with your own front door, bathroom, kitchen and private living space. You can enjoy the privacy of your own home while still having access to shared outdoor areas and communal spaces whenever you choose.

Whether you feel like catching up with neighbours, joining in community activities or simply enjoying some quiet time, the choice is yours.

We created this model to offer the best of both worlds. Living alone can sometimes feel isolating, while traditional shared housing doesn’t always provide the level of privacy people want. Community living brings these together by combining independence, connection and tailored support in one place.

Where can you find community living?

Silkstone (Mi Casa Su Casa)

Our purpose-built community in Ipswich showcases the community living model, with modern self-contained units designed to support independent living in a connected neighbourhood.

Darra

Located in Brisbane’s western corridor, our Darra community offers a welcoming environment with easy access to local transport, shops and community amenities.

Archerfield

Our Archerfield community combines comfortable, independent living with tailored supports in Brisbane’s south.

Wynnum

Our newest community is located in Brisbane’s beautiful bayside, offering a relaxed lifestyle close to the waterfront, local cafés, public transport and everyday conveniences.
