Frontline Manager category finalist: Tiarna Black

Aspire Hub’s Service Delivery Manager, Tiarna, was recognised as a finalist in the Frontline Manager category. Tiarna’s passion for supporting individuals with disabilities is truly inspiring.

In her role, she ensures top-notch care and support services are delivered to our clients. Tiarna’s leadership, empathy, and unwavering commitment have positively impacted the lives of many Aspire Hub participants. This nomination celebrates Tiarna’s outstanding contributions to the disability sector, and we’re incredibly proud to have her on our team.

Sector Innovation category finalist: John Toh

Aspire Hub’s Chief Operating Officer, John Toh, was also a finalist for his contributions to the ongoing improvement of the sector through innovation. John’s forward-thinking approach and innovative ideas have driven positive change within the disability sector. He’s headed up and introduced exciting new initiatives and solutions aimed at enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities, including relaunching a new and improved Bright Futures disability day program, plus delivering our innovative new SIL and ILO residences in Darra and Archerfield.

Whether it’s adopting new technologies, advocating for inclusive practices, or leading community engagement programs, John’s on a mission to take Aspire Hub to the next level. This nomination recognises his visionary mindset and dedication to making a meaningful impact.

Team Award category
