From Clarkson to Joondalup, each one of our NDIS Rental Properties listed include the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and car spaces and show whether the home is best suited for SIL, ILO, STA or MTA, along with any tenant considerations. How Independent Living Supports help

Our Independent Living Supports or Supported Independent Living (SIL), is designed to complement accommodation support. Whether it’s assistance with daily activities such as getting dressed, medication management, assisting with cooking or helping to complete daily tasks like cleaning, this

support is designed to complement Specialist Disability Housing and therefore may not be included in all NDIS plans.

To access (SIL), you will need approval in your NDIS plan. If SIL is not included in your NDIS plan or you need help reading or accessing your plan, get in touch with us today! We’ll work with you to determine your eligibility and explore your options.
