What is SDA?
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is purpose-built housing for NDIS participants with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs.
SDA properties include specialist features based on their design category, which may include accessible bathrooms, wider doorways, modified kitchens and other accessibility features.
