Features
This beautiful low-set home features five newly renovated bedrooms with ensuite. Designed with privacy and personalised living in mind, the house suits participants who wants as much personal space as possible. The house is fully furnished apart from participants bedroom.
The house is located on a quiet family street close to the Beeliar Community Centre and a few minutes drive away from Cockburn Central.
Tenant Considerations
There are currently two participants living in this accommodation with moderate support needs. All participants are young adults of mixed genders and would suit a male or female participant of similar age.
All current participants can engage and converse well with other participants but enjoy their privacy and space. The vacancy would suit a participant on SIL 1:3 who would prefer to have their own space and privacy but also a communal space to interact.

This fully furnished house features a warm and cozy space with spacious living area and kitchen. Outside the house, a big and beautiful backyard garden surrounds the house with ample space to engage in activities.
It is also located a short walk to recreational parks and a few minutes drive to Ocean Keys Shopping Centre.
Tenant Considerations
There is currently one male participant in his 30s supported on 1:3 SIL with moderate support needs. The participant is reserved and requires his own space and privacy, but would have conversations about things he has an interest in. He enjoys listening to music, including audio equipment and technology, art, reading and gardening.
This vacancy will suit a male participant on 1:3 SIL or ILO, who prefers his own space and similar interests.
Pemberton Boulevard, Baldivis

Features
The low-set house features a large open indoor space and two living areas. The house is fully furnished apart from the participant’s bedroom and bathroom modifications are also being scheduled to improve accessibility for participant with mobility concerns. It is also conveniently located minutes away from Stockland Baldivis and Lake Walyungup.
Tenant Considerations
There is currently one other female participant in her 50s supported on a SIL 1:3 arrangement. The current participant enjoys music, daily conversations and going to the beach and would be a good match for another female participant in her 50s with similar interests.
